ok, I have applied COS to console under station attributes, however call reroute is not working and I'm guessing it's due to no timers applied to the ring destination which is the softkey, not the console...anyone got a pro tip?

Hi Guys,

I have calls ringing into a console (x5001) softkey (x5003). The question is how do I reroute to another ring destination (Hunt Group) after say 30 seconds? I don't see where to apply a COS to either the console of the softkey to give it the timer values...I'm guessing I'm going about this all wrong.

Hi guys,

I have installed a Panasonic SIP phone and noticed that when I call into a POTS trunk that's point directly at the SIP phone, I hear 4 ring backs before the phone itself actually audibly rings once.

Anybody know the right adjustments I could possibly make to alleviate this?

Phone: Panasonic KX-TGP500
Mitel: 3300 MXe / Release level 6.0 SP3 / Active software load 12.0.3.15

irongladiator- thanks for the quick reply!

Let me add some details here and see if this changes the programming requirements:

My inbound lines ring to ONS extension 201 which rings to about 10 phones on Multicall keys and currently don't forward anywhere (day time live answer set up). The goal is to get calls to this ONS 201 to reroute directly into an already existing mailbox 217 (which is tied to phone extension 217) after 8-10 rings.

Hello Fellow Telecom Ninjas, I'm looking for a pro tip here to bring this home, any input is much appreciated:

The specifics: call comes into an POTS trunk group / Trunk attributes Non-dial In Trunks Answer Point-Day is pointed at 201, which is an ONS port that I have configured to ring on a phone via a Multicall key.

The question is: how do I reroute a call into a specific voicemail box after 8-10 rings? **I am pretty sure I am close with using the System speed calls form / Call Rerouting / Call Rerouting First Alternatives, However, I can't seem to get the "Actual Number" sequence right. I've tried VM HG Pilot 300+#+mailbox extension but don't get put into the vm box, I get the option to select a voicemail box... what is the correct sequence?
