Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Remote 5340 Phone over Software VPN with Mitel 3300

We have a Mitel 3300 and 12 5340 IP Phones. I have been trying to get a phone to work outside the office for the purpose of a homeworker.
I have:
1. Set up a Greenbow VPN from my laptop to our work site using my wireless card.
2. Plugged the phone direct into my laptop NIC.
3. Created a bridge between the network adpaters.
I can ping the Mitel 3300 and access everything on the corporate network over the Greenbow VPN.
When I try the default option which is DHCP and option 125 the phone gives the message "option 128 missing".
When I try teleworker with the 3300 IP it cannot find the TFTP and just gives me the phone local IP from the bridged network and an ICP address which is the target 3300 address.
In both cases, the phone doesn't appear to be finding a route to the corporate network? Can anyone offer any pointers on this?
