Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / calls being dropped

Just installed a new Mitel 5312 on an SX 200ICP. All the other phones in the network are fine. The calls are being dropped almost right away on the inbound calls and on the intercom calls

Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / cannot make outgoing calls

Just installed a brand new Mitel 5312 on a SX 200 ICP. The phone cannot make outbound calls. It seems to have the same cos and Cor as the other phones. Cannot dial out when 9 is pressed for an outside line. I get an outside dial tone but cannot call out. As soon as the number is dialed I get a fast busy signal. Am I missing something..is it on the 5312 phone or on the ICP controller?

Mitel Jobs and Mitel Careers / Mitel Remote tech needed

I need a Mitel tech to remote into our Mitel SX 200 ICP for ongoing issues we seem to have. The current immediate need is to install a 5312 phone in as a new extension. We are having some voice mail issues as well.

I am trying to connect a Mitel 5312 to a sx200icp system. I get on IP address on the phone. Yet the computer that is connected through the phone is getting dhcp and accessing the web fine.
When I try to register this phone on some unused extensions I get an error message saying... IP Set exceeded...
I get an IP set count exceeded. If it is so, how do I know what is not being used and delete them so that I can add the new 5312 phones on it.  How do I install the 5312 on the SX 200.
Do I need to gt additional licenses?
