Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 5550 IP Console and Keypad

I have an issue with the Mitel 5550 IP Console with a Keypad. I cannot get the programmable Firmkeys to work although they seem to show up with the same configuration in the software.

We had a computer failure so the BLF files were lost. Used to work fine previously.

Would appreciate the help.
