Mitel Software Applications / MICC Contact Centre Client shared profile storage location

Hi Guys,
I am wondering where the contact centre client shared profile are stored on the MICC server? We have a master profile that all administrators use, however it is not working and display stats for some reason.
I need to find the location(in the Windows profile for MICC) where it is stored on the server. And also wondering if the archives the profile anywhere.
Any help will be great.
