Mitel Software Applications / Multimedia contact centre-setting up chat

Hello
Our organisation has the above product. Another team has installed the multimedia contact centre on a server and the default chat page works.
I have been asked to investigate how to integrate the chat with share point, as an internal test, followed by setting it up on our web site.
I have tried setting up a local page, on the same server, without using reverse proxies, as well as a web site on my local machine, using reverse proxies. Unfortunately l neither works. The only support I have is the multimedia contact centre installation and deployment guide.
I have been told that Mitel don't offer support for integrating this into other web sites.
Can anyone advise?
