Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / One way audio when using officelink

We have a Mitel 3300 running on BT SIP lines and we have a number of users who are experiencing one way audio issues when using officelink.
The problem manifests itself in one of three ways:
1) On inbound/outbound calls, the user (my colleague) can not hear the other party
2) On inbound/outbound calls, the other party can not hear the user (my colleague)
3) On outbound calls, the other party answers the call but hears a 'ringing' tone still
