The Fax server is Xphone server and it is using SIP Trunks.
Its the routing of the call to the server which I would like advise on.
Instead of taking the DID number then translating it to a speed call the to another number then sending the original DID number, I would like to know if there is a way to send the DID number direct to the SIP trunk.

Hello,

I have an MiVB and a Fax Server and I have it working but not sure if I have set the routing of the DID number correctly or is there a simple way to do this.
I have a DID number 123456789 which in Direct Inward dialing service I send to destination number 66801.
this is a  speed call that translates 66801 to 66123456789 then routes to the Internal SIP trunk and removes the 66, sending 123456789 to the Fax server.

It works but a bit messy.

When you get a Invalid Destination in failed route for example "To all users" would I be correct to put in a Subject Filter, Subject filter, Subject Contains Auto Response or Subject and add an or to the list with Subject contains " To all Users.

Anyone with any documentation on Faildroute please share.

I have the KB ALM0125 but finding it hard to work out all failedroute conditions.

PROBLEM: MiContact Center doesn’t work when the computer display is other than 100% (for example 125%)

The problem affects all users. As an example, we will use my computer. Following are my current settings for the display  100%
MiContact Center can be opened without any problem. Following screenshot shows the MiCC view of the Agent Queue “Minusines – Reception”:
I now change the display to 125% and I restart my computer in order for the changes to be implemented:
After a restart of the computer, all icons on the desktop look bigger obviously:
I suceed to open MiCC:

But when I press on “Agent by Queue”...
I receive following message:
When I click on “Show details”, I see some explanation which I don’t understand:
I click on “Restart the application” hoping that it will solve the problem:

But even afetr a restart of the application…

yes I have the Multimedia license and I would like to use a standard gmail account to use it for receiving en answering email via ignite?

this KB talks about CONFIGURING YOUR GOOGLE APPS FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNT, I don't want to use a Business account just a standard account is it possible to do this.

Hello,
I have a Demo MiCC and would like to set up a standard Gmail account. I don't think it is possible but a colleague is say that Mitel Luxemburg have done this?
Is it also possible to set up a demo with the Chat from a web site, I have found a demo web page on the server has anyone set this up as a demo?

Mitel MiVB 7 with embedded voicemail.
 Hello

 This is an old one.

 DDI = 02034567890 which speed calls 7890 to 1771 (IVR)then schedule to message then to a ring group 6336.
 6336 if unanswered after 20 seconds goes to ACD path 5999 with interflow to 5998 which is a key on a phone. 5998 is a voicemail box and keys on phones are message waiting for 5998.
 Level 7 on MCD with embedded voicemail (no Nupoint).

 I have looked online and can see people using nametag groups but this doesn't work if you want the voicemail under a key.

 Question: IS THERE A WAY OF USING A RING GROUP DIVERTING TO VOICEMAIL WITH KEYS ON MULTIPLE PHONES FOR THE VOICEMAIL WITHOUT USING AN ACD PATH.
 I HAVE TRIED THE NAMETAG BUT IT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO PUT A KEY UNDER THE DEVISE?

I have a customer with the client on the desktop and when they sync with Outlook it either takes 5 mins for the process or just fails.

I have found F12 on IE 11, you set the Document mode to the level you require and then you can save this option by persist emulation setting enable.

thought I had got it on site A and it worked after taking it in and out of compatibility mode but site B still getting the same issue. I have tried restart and clearing the cache.
Anyone got any more ideas?

Hello

I am new to MiCollab and have never had any dealings with Skype for Business Plugin, my customer is having the following issues and advise would be appreciated.
We have a few issues. All to do with the Skype for Business plugin.
•   It crashes a lot – sometimes we can’t solve this so we put the users on the full client
•   The plugin vanishes. We can sometimes get it back by clicking around. If not, force close and re-open brings it back.
•   We still have issues of calls not always getting closed down correctly and vanishing.
•   It doesn’t work with Office 2016. This may be a big issue for us soon.
•   Be nice to have call control features as in the full client. So we can program a key or button to answer calls.

I am getting the "You must access this application with: 1. Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 9 or later. 2 Firefox 17 or later.
I agree with you that the best way to connect is Firefox or earlier version of IE.
But I have read posts saying that it is possible and I want to find the answer.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel MCD using lnternet Explorer 11

I have problems connecting to MCD 7 with Internet explorer 11.
I have gone through the net and KB article 13-5191-00315_v2.doc
Is it just the case that 11 doesn't work and the only way is to downgrade to 10?

I have tried clearing the cache, compatibility view, etc.
