MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Non-cli calls denied
« on: June 14, 2018, 05:25:14 AM »
hi
we got this turned off over a year ago but somehow its back on.
If a caller hides their number by dialing 141 before the number or their phone system / carrier does not show the CLI our phone system ignores the call.
How do i get it to just accept them?

Appreciate any help

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / External Call Log?
« on: August 30, 2016, 05:14:26 AM »
Hi,
one of my users personal mobiles keeps getting called by someone inside the company, and then hangs up.  Is there a call log anywhere so i can trace the extension number?
Many thanks

SIP On Mitel / Re: Mitel 5624 register handset

Hello,
I was using the programmer but it was the software that was incorrect, this has now been rectified and I have uploaded a copy of the correct software to my other post about 5624 units.
please close this post.

Forgot to add, if I plug in a pc into this port then it obtains the correct dhcp IP address and information.
I can then ping both the mitel unit, the original DHCP server, the gateway and firewall so connectivity is not the issue.
Can anyone tell me if this is a firmware issue?
We use Mitel 5000 CP on version 5.1.20 and the 5360 handset is on version 4.01.01.05

I have tried to set the following without resolving my issue, one at a time and all together

Controller IP - 192.168.0.10
TFTP server 192.168.0.10
VLAN ID = 4
L2 PRIORITY = 6
DSCP = 46

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / 5360 Register
« on: March 02, 2016, 08:11:23 AM »
Hello,
I can register a new 5312 handset without any issue and they use vlan4 with pvid4 set in the POE router.  When I connect a new 5360 handset to the same connection it just get stuck on a DHCP request.  I have checked and there is no limit on power for that port and I can register a new 5312 on the same connection.
Is there anything specific to these 5360 handsets?
any pointer gratefully received.

SIP On Mitel / Mitel 5624 register handset
« on: March 02, 2016, 07:17:22 AM »
Hello,
I have a new 5624 handset and as a new employee, no documentation.
I have installed the software for the Mitel 5624 programmer but when I look on windows device manager the wireless handset is listed as no driver installed and as such I can not use the INWPDM software as it can not see the handset.  Have used IE to connect to the phone itself as it has an IP but its just information nothing configurable.
Can anyone please direct me to where I can find some drivers for this phone or tell me another way to register it?
I use a Mitel 5000 CP unit

Many thanks
John

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Mitl 5624 Windows Driver
« on: March 01, 2016, 10:27:34 AM »
Hello,
I have installed the drivers for the 5624 programmer and the software that it comes with but within windows device manager is the WLAN Handset and no drivers seem to work.
I can not program it or register the phone on the Mitel system unless I go through the programmer (unless someone knows different?)
Any link would be very beneficial thanks.
John

p.s. I have a mitel 5000 CP unit if that makes a difference
