Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Calls not getting out

We have a hunt group setup to send calls to our after hours dispatch service. The hunt group is made up of analog sets connected to analog trunks. This allows us to limit the number of calls going out. The analog trunks dial the outgoing number as soon as a call hits the open extension.  As of late some of our calls are not going through. When I look at the SMDR logs all the calls that do not go through are time stamped at the exact same time. The calls that go through have a delay between the call coming in and then going out. I have adjusted the call timers and that seemed to fix a majority of the issues.  Is there anything else I can try?
