I check all of these things under deployment profile and user and the profile assigned is the same.

I have a few users getting above in their MiCollab and not sure what is causing this. Any help to resolve is appreciated.

I am seriously interested in this and any information anyone may have including but not limited to cost of implementation, is additional Mitel software or licensing needed, does this work well in Teams, can I utilize call park and call park retrieve in Teams or anything else? Thank you all for your input here!
This is the document I currently have. Do you all know if this is current? I am running MiVoice business 9.1 SP1 or version 9.1.1.59 and MBG 11.0.0.309.

I have already disabled this and my outlook shows MiCollab status and no longer Teams status

Anyone have a solution for this? This is more than a pain and I would like to prevent this altogether. Thanks!

Yes I was able to resolve by making sure box is checked under user to allow self deployment and also making sure user was added to MBG and then doing a sync in Micollab settings then import the new user under Micollab Client Deployment and once imported it allows you to do this.

I am getting above error when opening MiCollab after pc restart and not sure what is causing or how to fix it. See attached for error.Any help here is greatly appreciated.

That is weird as I never saw a warning during setup. I did forget to mention I set this up through MBG as well but still only using on LAN with no external IP.

I know I am able to park as I did this through MiCollab in office at my desk and it showed me on my physical phone what line I parked call on and played hold music like it should. I just could not figure out how to get it to show me this information in Micollab.

I only did this for softphone as that is where I am having the issue. I still want deskphone to ring.

I did this already as they are set to "no ring" and it still beeps

We only here the beep in secondary call while currently on the phone from first call.

I am able to park calls but miCollab does not show me what # line it is on like it does on my physical phone. Anyway to resolve this?
