Yes, NuPoint.  I'm no Mitel expert, but maybe I'm making this harder than it needs to be.
For example, Office 1 has a call flow mailbox of 77990 and Office 2 has 78990
77990 in the call flow goes to the ring group of 79994
78990 in the call flow goes to ring group of 78994

Wouldn't it work to just edit call flow 78990 and edit the ring group to 79994?  Then change it back at end of business day.
I've posted an example of the call flow.

At our firm we have Mitel at both of our offices located in 2 different towns.
They each have their own external number that customers call in on.  I know how to edit the call flow for both to enter schedule holidays so a custom greeting is played.
Is there a way if one office closes for the day to have it auto transfer to the other office?
If so, how would I do that in the call flow?  Screen shots please.

MiCollab Client 6.0
Remote worker is using a Windows 10 Home, Version 1607, OS Build: 14393.1198 and getting connection lost.
I user her credentials on my Windows 7 laptop and works fine.

Besides upgrading the phone system, is here a fix for this issue?

Apple Safari 7.0 is required for the Web browser.  I don't even know how to access that URL or how it works.
Is there a MiCollab Client for Mac like there is for Windows?

At our firm we have a Mitel 3300 running an outdated version.  Hoping to get approval soon to get it upgraded.

One of our remote workers has a Mac.  All of our Windows users have the MiCollab Client 6.0
Is there a client for Mac?  If web based is an option, how does that work?
https://server/portal is what I'm used to.  Not sure if there is another URL that will accomplish this.

Probably she needs to change the teleworker IP address on her phone. To change the IP address she has to disconnect/reconnect the network cable, press and hold 7 key and then follow the on screen instructions.

We entered the IP and didn't know how to submit.  I tried many different keys until the down volume button worked.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel from home

We have a user that has a Mitel phone (5060 IP phone, I believe) with all the equipment.
We changed the public IP at the office and now her phone doesn't work.
Is there something we need to configure on the phone?  If so, would someone send me instructions?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Voicemail to E-mail

Mitel 3300
At our firm we use Office 365.  We have Voicemail to e-mail setup.  It works and then doesn't.  What we find is when one person changes their office 365 it breaks it for the firm - voicemail do not go to e-mail.  We then send a mass message to staff and the user goes to the MiCollab end user portal, signs in and then to settings to update their password to their new Office 365 password.

What I want to know is there anyway I could easily see which user it is failing at in the Mitel system?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / key changes

I am using Firefox version 49.0.1 and can access MiVoice just fine.
I go to Users and devices, search for extension, click the link.
On the list of tabs, select keys and click clear all keys.
Then when I click Save changes get a pop up box that says "An error occurred window.showmodaldialog is not a function"
Tried on another device and get the same result.  Beside rebooting phone system, is there another fix?

Our call flow will play a greeting after the office closes at 5 pm.  How would I go about recording a new greeting to play in place of the current one?

New teleworker can't dial out or receive calls.  Warning log that I have no idea what it means:

We have 2 teleworkers in our office who use the UCA Client.
I'm getting ready to setup #3.
Do they have to be setup with a deskphone?  The other two are setup under multi-line device.
