I'm on ver 5.0.5 and I have the same Port Usage Notification Threshold. I guess it's not possible. I've been looking for a long time now.
Thank you anyways!

Hi,

Using Mitel AWC and 3300.

Is there anyway to get an alert if a conference is opened for an extended period of time (say 2 hours or more)?. An email notification would be perfect.

I'd just like to reduce the chances of our conference system being hijacked and used for nefarious reasons! LOL

Thanks,
Steve

Hi All,

I'm still pretty new to managing our Mitel system and I appreciate any help you can provide me.

Strange thing happening. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

User has call forwarding always enabled to call forward to their mobile phone. When a call comes in to  their extension the system will call the mobile phone, like it should. BUT rings ONLY once then drop the call. This will occur 2 or 3 times then will all of a sudden ring through correctly. If you call again, it may or may not work. It averages about 2 out of 3 times that the system will drop the call after only 1 ring. The one ring doesn't even register on the mobile phone. It's the one ring that the caller can hear. The caller just sees disconnected.

This is what I've figured out so far.

-   Only occurs when the call is forwarded to a Telus Mobile phone. We've tried this to Rogers, Fido, Bell and they work just fine.
-   This happens to all of my users no matter what COS they belong to.
-   Only occurs when the call originates from an external number.

Currently...
3300MXe
Release level: 7.1
Active software load: 13.1.0.33
Using Bell SIP's
Phones are a mix of 5312 and 5324's

Hopefully I've explained it good enough. If there is any other information that I can provide, please let me know.

Much appreciated!

Thank you.

Very much appreciate the help acejavelin.

I checked the document and compared to my settings against it and it's mostly identical except for settings that really wouldn't affect caller id.

In addition whether the call comes through to a live attendant or the auto attendant they're using the same COS and I'm thinking it might be ESNA OfficeLinx setting as that is where changes would occur daily.

It just confuses me on why after the extension is picked up, it then displays the caller ID.

Any other idea?

Hi All,

This is my first time posting here and hoping one of you can help steer me in the right direction.

We are using a 3300 MXe with MiVoice Business Rel 7.1 and ESNA Officelinx Version: 10.1.15.1527.

I have an issue where if calls come through the auto-attendant then goes to an extension it's not passing the caller ID. It will display the voicemail port. Once you answer the line it will then show the caller id. I've let it ring a bunch of times but still not working. If calls hit a live attendant and the attendant pushes the call to your extension it does correctly display the caller id.

I'm stumped and have been trying to figure this out for a few days now. It used to work but I think one of my guys may have made some sort of change that affected it and now we don't know how to correct it.

Any ideas?
