Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 3300 SMDR output v preceed some lines

I have example SMDR output below

I have identified how SMDR is formatted from this site.

However I cannot find details relating to the extra characters (%,-,+).

Are they just errors introduced during the copy or are they Mitel characters and mean something?
