They are sending a generic name to us. Such as Cell Phone FL.
Our issue is that in the past the Caller ID name info the carrier sent would be overwritten by the information in the Speed dial list.

For example by number has "Cell Phone FL" as the information but my cell number is listed in Speed dial as "Scotts Cell".
Before our change from PRI to SIP the display on the phone would have shown "Scott Cell".

We recently changed from PRI trunks to SIP trunks. After we did this the Caller ID Name does not show what is in the speed dial list. Now i will only show the name provided by the carrier.

This always worked before. Now it seems like the carrier Caller ID name is overriding the Local name. Before it was the other way around.

It looks like caller ID is coming through correctly as we get the correct number and name provided by the carrier.

How would I route calls from a specific phone to go out another node.
Specifically we have several nodes. Node 1 is our Corporate headquarters. We have a phone at node 2 that we want to go out Node 1 for caller ID reasons.

It seems like it should be possible but I have not been able to figure it out.

Any way to make the next call in the hunt group to actually show up on Call Key 2 instead of showing as call waiting?

Did some additional testing.

This is only happening to people who are logged in as agents to a hunt group.
For these agents it "Call Waiting" at the top of the screen.

To people who have regular phones it works Normal.

Any Ideas why it says Call Waiting for just the agents?

I compared the two and did not see any differences that had to do with Caller ID

I have several users saying they used to get Caller ID on Call Key 2 when they were already on a call but now they do not.

Here is what changed.
We used to have all one system but it was getting too big.
We got another system and split some users off (the ones with the issues).
Their calls come into System A on a PRI and are routed to them on System B.
They are agents and each have a Personal Hunt group setup.

I compared phone and hunt group setups but could not see a difference that might cause this.

Any idea where to look?
