Good day Everyone,

I have a problem with the AX controller ICP working software 38.0.8.10 that when it shuts down and comes back up, it doesn't read the other card installed but its program still exists. There is also a time when the system is powered off and shutdown, once it is up it returns to the correct installed card. What is the solution for this issue? The system is eighteen years old.

Can anyone tell me how to change the ip address of the system 3300 Ax Controller. The present system server IP Addrerss is 192.168.1.2 and the client want to change this to 192.168.1.3.

Hello Guys,

I cannot access this AX Controller using IE or FF and it shows "You can access this using 6.0 or higher" which I'm using IE version 11 and it shows Certificate error. I checked the Certificate and is valid until 2029. Here is the screen shot of the Certificate:

Is there anybody who can give me the procedure to change the password to default password of the system. Nobody knows what is the password. The system is 3300 MXE III MCD version 6.0 SP3.
