Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab connection is down

Successfully setup the MiCollab on my BlackBerry Z10. It connects (through the web) with our server but after a couple of seconds I receive the message:
MiCollab connections is down. Realtime notifications will not be received.
Reboot my device and reinstalling (all permissions allowed) of the application did not helped .
Application version 1.0.0.8
