Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Only allow extension to be called from specific line?

Hey there,

We integrated a global announcement system with a SIP extension number, now we want to restrict this. We want this extension only to be allowed to be dialed from a specific extension or two. Any ideas? THanks in advanced!

Mitel Software Applications / Active directory integration W/ 3300+MiCollab

Currently all users are being managed manually from the 3300. We we have MiCollab. I am wondering if there is a way to populate AD with the user's extension, automatically using a synchronizing software?

Or would we have to re-work the entire system to have AD create the users to make this happen?

Been looking but can't find an answer. We are currently the whole name, backwards in the last name field when creating users in the 3300 directory. Is there a way to put in names correctly and have the handsets display the last name first?

We have a Mitel 3300 system and 5330e phones, is there a way to get call history working for a shared line that we have for our office?
