Could you please tell me the steps > ?

i follow below one but it didn't work .

Change the Time and Date

1. Press   (SUPERKEY), and then press >> until FEATURES? appears.
2. Press OK, and then press ▼ until TIME AND DATE? appears.
3. Press OK. SET TIME? appears.
4. Do one of the following:
• To change the time, press YES. 12 OR 24 HR FORMAT? appears. Proceed to
step 5.
• To change the date, press NO. SET DATE? appears. Proceed to step 9.
5. Do one of the following:
• To enter the time in a.m./p.m. format, press 12.
• To enter the time using the 24-hour clock, press 24.
6. Enter the time (for example, 1236 for 12:36; 0220 for 02:20), and then press SUBMIT.
7. (For a.m./p.m. only) Press AM or PM. SET TIME? appears with the new time.
8. Press NO. SET DATE? appears.
9. Do one of the following:
• To change the date, press YES, and then proceed to step 10.
• To return to the main menu, press NO, and then proceed to step 11.
10. Enter the date (for example, enter 161204 for 16 December 2004), and then press
SUBMIT. SET DATE? appears with the new date.
11. Do one of the following:
• To return to the main menu, press NO.
• To return to the default display, press (SUPERKEY).


Since there is no key in 5312 like this : press >>

Hi,

It’s possible to assign pin code before dialing to international calls and no pin for City and local calls for particular Extension at Mitel PBX .

Let me explain again

when any Guest dialed the Emergency number 99111 system will send Alarm notification to all Reception phones. Any one of Reception released the alarm by softkey on his phone which we configured for them .

I just need to know which reception extension release the alarm.. ? Because we have 5 reception phones

When i check the logs i only found who dialed the emergency number. but no info available for who released the alarm when system send the notification to Receptions phones .

which important because if any emergency happened and they call to emergency number and notification goes to reception phone and they released the alarm not inform to security or anyone .

How we can find-out which reception guy release the alarm and not inform to security ....

I hope anyone can help me on this

Still didn't found the logs .

 i want to know which Extension release emergency notification

I Re checked handset connected to the right port . If i connect to the headset cable to Headphone jack that there will no voice on headset .


There is no way someone can use headset cable connect with headphone jack .

 What do u mean software logs ... ??? There are using third party billing software. But in this software i only can see who called to emergency number .
Not mentioned who released  the emergency notification ???

Any Advise ???

Hi,

I configure the Emergency Call notification to 5 operator console when an emergency number is dialed.
It working properly 5 operator console got the Audio and Visual notification when someone dial Emergency number.
Our Emergency number is 966111
Issue is when I check SMDR logs I cannot understand which of our Operator attend the notification and release it .

Is there any way to findout from the logs what the reason for Extensions goes to headset mode ?

Since this is Hotel we not give any additional option in the phones... what you think what will be reason for issue ? is this system bugs ?

Hi Ralph,

Thanks for your reply .... i already delete the Feature access code for Headset ON . But even the phone goes to headset mode .No one using there headset there.

 kindly find attached Feature access code list which i export from that system .

Please check and advise is there any code related to enable Headset .

Hi ,

we facing issue with one of our client they using Mitel Mxe iii and Mitel 5320 and 5312 phones .

Issue is phones automatically goes to headset mode then i have to give feature code to disable headset mode and reboot the phone ..

i disabled the option for enable headset mode but even the phone change to headset mode .

Kindly anyone can advise what will be reason or anyone facing this issue ?
