We are in the midst of a 7 week nightmare install.
One of the many issues we are having is the UCA integration with ACT .  I assume it should allow you to dial out through any contact your on in Act!. 
Under dealer preferences in Act I select UCA Phone Line for the option,  there seems to be a setup button next to it but it does nothing.
When i restart ACT I get the error
"The Line UCA Phone Line could not be opened. Please check that the line is connected and valid. The dialer will not be available until this is fixed"

Can anyone shed light on this please our Mitel Partner installers...cannot.
