Mitel Software Applications / Micollab - Error Fetching the user data

Hi There,

My customer is running a MiCollab 6.0.40.0, the problem I am having is that when I try and edit a user I get an error box saying 'Error fetching user data. There was a problem accessing the Teleworker database'.

It only affects a few users, I have tried rebooting the MiCollab box but that doesnt make any difference. If there is anything else I can try I'd be very grateful.

Needed to create a line key and forward that always to VM then use the interflow dialling list to that number

Hi there,

I am using some call flows in Nupoint, the options point to ACD paths with ACD groups which all works very well. The only problem I have is that I have set the interflow dialling list to dial back into the Nupoint to the mailbox of the Path. So in my senario I have a path of 8401 with an interflow dialling list of 7000 (HG of VM ports). I just get 'please wait while I transfer your call'. It works if I divert it to the embedded VM

I suspect that either the issue is that it is just bouncing or that I am missing a Feature COS on the Nupoint. I have tried creating a NT HG which is forwarded always to the path and then created a mailbox of that number but that isnt working either.

Mitel Software Applications / No Video option on MiCollab

Hi there,

Bit of a newbie on here so am fishing for some help  One of my customers is claiming that when they set up a conference on MiCollab external users arent getting the option to join via Video. I have checked that the URL option in the email is ticked and that there are licences. But I cant see anything else that would prevent video from occuring......any help would be very much appreciated.

Oh its running MiCollab 6.0.40.0 on MSL 10.1.26
