Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / SX200-ICP restarts and PCs premanently loose network connectivity

Having issues with a UPS and occasionally my SX-200 ICP will restart (waiting on new UPS batteries to rectify). The system is only down for a couple of minutes before it comes back up again. While this happens, the 5324 IP phones will reset as well. The phones come back up fine but the phones need to have the network cable pulled and inserted (hard reset?) before the attached PCs can see the network again. Something to do with the mini ethernet switch in the phone but how do I resolve in case I have these power issues in the future? Thanks
