Aastra - MiVoice Office 400 and MiVoice MX-One / Bricked 6863?

A 6863i stopped working for a client and their Positron system, so I brought it back to my office to diagnose the issue.
Although it power's up via PoE, it will not obtain an IP address via DHCP.
So I put it into Web Recovery mode, and now it shows a 169.x.x.x address (what a device gives itself if it doesn't obtain anything), and I can't connect to it with a workstation set to the same subnet.
And now I can't get the phone to do anything but boot into Web Recovery mode.
Took it apart to see if there's any obvious damage (it's out of warranty), and looks pristine.
Any suggestions?
This is the 2nd 6800 series phone I've had issues with (the first was a 6867, that completely died).
Cheers,
David
