MiCollab Client v8 question regarding video calling from the desktop  On the legacy client I can simply click the video icon and can establish a video call; with v8, calling from my desktop, my video icon remains gray and unusable unless I'm on my cell phone app.  I was able to establish a video call from my desktop if i turned off my softphone on my mobile and turned on the softphone on the desktop and the person I was calling did the same thing....just wondering if I'm missing something in the configs, or if it just the way it is (video call only with softphone to softphone.)  I've installed the client on Windows 10 and Windows 7 (both with different profiles) with the same results.  Thanks in advance for any insight.

FYI - if anyone else was having this issue.......It was a bug.  Patch resolved issue.

Help.  I have the following situation.  Multiple sites, with multiple call flows because the sites have different times.  They each have their own DID directed to the call flow.

1. I originally did a template; I did not lock the weekly schedule.
2. I used "start with template" for each of my sites
3. Built call flow so DID goes directly to voicemail - schedule is to see if it is "on hours" blind transfer to hunt group - "off hours" go to voicemail.
Here is where it get's weird.

The Nupoint is not seeing my "on hours" which are to begin at 8:30 am - It starts the "on-hours" at 8:00 am.
I've checked the time in the MAS
If I delete the day - it goes to voicemail
If I set the time in the MAS at 7:00 am - it goes to voicemail
If I turn on override - It plays the override greeting

I "think" it is following the active configuration - where it says: Start of day = [08:00 AM], End of day = [05:00 PM], Days of Week = [DDDDDNN]
and not my schedule because it seems my problem is between 8 and 8:30 - I haven't tested 5:30 pm yet.

Any thoughts please!!!!!

This one has been driving me nuts for sometime now.  I have Phone A with a NuPoint VM and Phone B with a NuPoint VM.  I want to call forward (or call re-route) Phone A to Phone B and have Phone B voicemail pick up.  I don't want to program Phone A as an alternate extension in Phone B because I only want it to go to Phone B vm when I forward (or re-route.)  Is this doable?
