In the olden style MiCollab Client we used to be able to disable Popups/call window for your buttons on your phone.
With the new MiCollab pc client, this feature no longer exists.
Meaning if you have multiple multicalls on your phone, these calls will generate a Show Call Window/Popup even if they are set to No Ring.
Anyone come across this ?
Why is it that when we move to a new product version, we always miss some features that we used to have.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / MCD SIP trunk utilization report

In MCD 8.0sp2 you now have support added to view SIP trunk traffic reports using the SIP TRAFFIC commands.
It comes with max storage of 24 records. IE 24x15min=6h.
It’s great to see that we can now do this but I can’t see how it can be used, how do I get this data out without logging in every 6th hour or sniffing the traffic report port. I just want to know peak traffic load, am I using all my trunks? how many do I actually need ?

CCM/YSE does not support it so that's no help.

What do you need to do to get Mitel Linux backups via SFTP(ssh) to an external location ?
Is there freeware that can do this ?
I know you can backup to another Mitel Linux server or file server and usb.
But I want schedule it and it needs to go to an external location.

Does anyone know what format the exported certificate needs to be in from the CA?
Docs say Apache format but then getting 2x .crt files in the exported zip file.
When I try to install these on the MSL server, it says
"The web server certificate provided does not match the private key on the system. Perhaps the wrong certificate was supplied? "

Any ideas on what you do here ?

Mitel Software Applications / UCA (MiCollab) softphone voice quality

What can you do to get the best voice quality running UCA softphones externally ?
Customer is using VPN at the moment and it's not that good.
Via MBG in TW mode ? IS that the preferred way ? Pro/Cons ?

Customer currently has problems with voice quality and just getting the UCA  to work properly, like sometimes it pops but cant answer, or it sits saying Im on a call but Im not.
