Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Message indicator light wont turn on in the mitel 3300 with nupoint

I have a mitel 3300 with nupoint that the message indicator light wont come on when they have messages. Checked programming and everything looks good.

Trying to set the up system wide. I know that on the 5000 you can set up a key map and assign it to a group. But having a hard time on the 3300.

Very familiar with setting up the key maps on a 5000. Cant seem to set up the feature keys.

It has been a few years since we have touched a 3300. Seen to be having a problem programing the key maps. Have done several 5000 with no issues. But been banging our head against a wall.....
