Mitel Software Applications / Re: MiCollab Client for iPhone

Thanks for your reply.

It's not completely broken, but I do need to have the app open on my phone in order to be able to receive calls (even if the app is running in the background it won't register there's an incoming call until I open the app).

I can make calls okay.

Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab Client for iPhone

Hello,

I updated my app over the weekend from 7.3.108 to 8.0.108 without reading the small print that told me the server versionshould alos be running at v8  :(

The app I have installed is now broke.

Does anyone know how I can go about re-installing the previous version of the app - the App Store only has the v8 app to download.

Thanks,
Bob

Mitel Software Applications / Re: UC360 Video Calls

Hi,

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I was under the impression that making an external call from either of the UC360's to another video enabled conference phone (not even another UC360 necessarily) would allow video as well as audio (via the H.264 codec, or similar).

This is all pretty new to me, so forgive me if my assumptions are completely wrong.

Thanks,
Bob

Mitel Software Applications / UC360 Video Calls
« on: February 11, 2015, 07:11:44 AM »
Hi All,

We have 2 x UC360's in our organisation. Both are effectively on the same WAN and are on their own vLAN.

When I dial the 4 digit extension number of the other UC360 and it gets answered, the video gets enabled and I can successfully establish a video to video call. All good.

However, each of the UC360's has an associated Direct Dial Number. When I try the same exercise calling the other UC360's DD number, the option to view video isn't there, so I only end up with an audio call.

Can anyone help me and tell me what I'm missing in my setup please?

Thanks,
Bob

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / UC360 - WebEx App
« on: December 22, 2014, 04:08:42 AM »
Hi All,

We're trying to use the built in WebEx app on this phone, but are struggling with being able to actually host a presentation.

Is it actually possible to use the device for hosting a presentation?

If so, are there any specification configuration changes required?

Thanks,
Bob
