Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Ethernet session quick logout or no connection

I have several sx2000 that will disconnect the Ethernet connection within 10-15 seconds of login or I can log in but the cursor stays below the password.  I can fix it by rebooting the switch, but it comes back within a few days or weeks.  Any ideas?  Thanks
