Do you happen to know where there is a good document in addition to help on using ACD for auto Attendant

All:
I am looking for some resources beyond the Mitel help files. We are recovering from a drive loss and need to recreate a flow as follows:

Caller Calls inbound on Main Line > First Greeting " For J Doe Press 2 or remain on the line for a team member > To extension for reception ( With a hunt group ) If no answer then > Second Greeting " Thank you for calling XXX we are unable to take your call Press XXX for XXX, Press XXX for XXX, Press XXX for XXX or remain on the line to be transferred to our general mailbox > Message Mailbox.

Our initial thought was to use MLAA however the default behavior plays the greeting three times and then goes to the Operator Extension - We could not find a technician code to change that behavior.

Any documents would be great, It all helps and we need to have this done by Monday :)

Cheers

Looks like I may have a challenge there with current licensing? Ideas on other ways to accomplish the same flow.
Essentially:
Incoming Call > Message prompting 2 for support IF NULL > Transfer to reception IF NOANSWER > Operator?

I have a question about changing the default behavior of the Auto Attendant mailbox. I am creating a flow required by Management that requires the timeout behavior of the mailbox created for MLAA to forward to " Operator Extension ".  I have disabled the Disconnect on timeout however when we test this VMBox it requires that the message repeats three times before the transfer to " Operator Extension"  Can we find a setting where we can remove this loop requirement?

Thanks In Advance, I suppose the GUI with our newer IVR's have tainted me.

We are a pure VoIP provider of Cisco typically, and are managing a project to move our clients Mitel SX 200 ICP over from the current carrier to a new Fiber line via the Adtran 924e. We have some questions prior to the porting of the Trunk. So here they are: Thanks in advance for anyone with information.

constraints: We will be upgrading in Fiscal year 15 to a new Mitel, however we must port to the Mitel SX 200 ICP.

Current configuration: Currently the Mitel SX 200 ICP PRI is connected to the Century Link T1 CSU/DSU.

Porting changes upcoming: Moving to Adtran 924e and 250MB/250MB Fiber.

Questions: Besides the line needing to be seen as PRI are there any other configuration changes?

thanks in advance,

Karl Solid
