When changing it on the COS for the phone, I got "The system is about to save a large amount of data. This may take longer than usual".

However, that changed it to behave as I was hoping!

THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE HELP!

What a great forum!

Best,
-Brett

However, Under the COS we use for these phones, Public Network to Public Network Connection Allowed is set to No.
Is that the problem? I don't want to change it without some confirmation as I am no expert on phone systems.

Thank you. Yes, it goes to Ringing You Back as soon as the transfer-er puts the receiver down.

Public Network to Public Network Connection Allowed is set to Yes.

Thanks.

Under the Class of Service Options Assignment, my Call Forward No Answer Timer is 20 and my Call Forward - Delay is 0. No Answer Recall Timer is 17.

Not sure if any of these are involved.

Hello,

On our Mitel 3300 ICP, when a user transfers a call to a phone with Call forward Always set (The forward is an outside number i.e. mobile phone), and hangs up the transfer, the call immediately does a Ringing You Back to the person attempting to transfer.

Is their a way to have the transfer can continue and not do the Ringing You Back under this circumstance?

BTW, if the person waits until the person being transferred to picks up, then the call doesn't do the Ringing You Back when they hang up (obviously, since the transfer is complete but I thought it might be worth mentioning).

Thanks for any help!
