this is the only way for the call forward ? as example we can't do a third party call forward using the FAC?

Hi ,

If you go to the Phone ----keys and open this line you will find the ring type , try to select ring continuous .

Mitel Software Applications / Advanced UM configuration

I need to know how to create advanced UM to be able to do synchronization between Nupoint and the email server, as example when the client delete the e-mail he received it should also deleted in the Nupoint.

Please provide me in steps what I should do , as I knew that I need to create a super user .

If any one has a documents for this , I appreciate .

Mitel Software Applications / call flows in Nupoint

Hi , I start work with the Nupoints and I don't have much experience .I need help in the following .
I need to create a new message for the auto attendant for my client , what I did is.
1- I create a mail box 7053 and then go to the call flows and create the flows which the client want . as I know this new configuration are Offline and I did activate for the MAS by rebooting .

My problem is that the MCD not see this Mailbox and because of that I can't make any routing for this call flows.

What is the missing part in the configuration ?

Hi ,

I have a problem with ACD user ,each time he make an  internal calls he see only his number and not the name , I review the data in the users and devices and his name is exist but when I review the data in ACD agent ID I found only the extension number with out the name but I can't put the name as this is protected filed and in the telephone directory the extension number with the name exist .

can any one support in this

What level of software is on the 3300?

What Browser are you trying to use to upload the file?

Waht operating system on the PC being used?

the SW is 10.0.1.22
I used internet explorer
windows 7
when I access the system audio file updates there is a message on top that I have to use Jave 2 SE v 1.6.0_01 put I didn't found this version

Sounds like you dont have java installed, Install JRE 1.6 or above.

I activate the pop up blocker.
the free space is 8914 kB of 16000 (1115 of 2000 secs .

I still unable to upload any file .
