Mitel Software Applications / Mitel Border gateway

Hi,
we currently have a Mitel 5000, with Mitel UCA, we also have a border gateway in place for external users
The problem I have is the SIP phones only stay connected via the border gateway for a few minutes before the connection is lost - which is a little annoying, the Mitel system states the phones are not reachable, yet you can clearly see a ringing status on the UCA App and you are then notified of a missed call - I've also tried connecting using generic SIP apps on both android and IPhone with the same results
after digging around the borer gateway I ran the diagnostics test and there is a fail on the basic SIP connectivity - I've attached the error
Does anyone know if this is the cause of these issues?
