Mitel Software Applications / Mitel Recording Solution

Hi All,

I am new to Mitel World.

We have Mitel 3300 System.

we require the recording of 16 IP extensions servicing the Booking contact centre on Mitel IP3300 switch.

We have purchased Secure Recording Connector (SRC)  licenses.

No does any one know cheap or free open source solution to implement recording solution.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 3300 Recording

Hi All,

I am new to all this stuff so please bare with me

We have Mitel MiVoice Business 3300 in our Office.

I am IT Professional and have been assigned Task to find out Recording Solution for Mitel MiVoice Business 3300.

I have one computer developer who need API's access for TAPI.

I have very little unterstanding , how to achieve this? I would really appreciate if somone can point me right direction.

I believe there are already other Recording Solutions out like Retell and Qubeic...which are quiet Expensive,

Not sure if there is any open source solution is implement recording for Mitel 3300.

Does any one knows anything about this.

need help setting voice recording for Mitel MiVoice Business 3300 Controllers

Does anyone who which id good cheap solution to setup Voice Recording with Mitel MiVoice Business 3300 Controllers
