MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Mitel Phone Manager

Hi everyone.
I have a customer using rel. 4.2 of phone manager. Only 1 client is unable to use the chat feature. It is available but when he selects chat from the toolbar or if he right clicks on a user and selects chat, the chat window does not appear. They are currently using 19 of 40 licenses. His pc firewall is disabled and he does have admin rights to the pc. There is no anti-virus running either. He has tried to uninstall and re-install the client to no avail. He is running windows 7. I am just looking for ideas. Thanks.
