Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / SX200 (AX) Voicemail Ring-No-Answer

Customer has an SX200 AX Controller, using embedded voicemail, that has been working well fro some time. With no identifiable cause voicemail stopped answering. No alarms/errors on system. Reboot restored services... is this an isolated incident or the beginning of a significant problem?
