Thanks for all your help, I got it to work. Moved it from the LSM port to an analog station port like DND ON suggested. Thanks again.

The number did move over, I just dont know how to get it to their fax machine.

I have a client that just switched to a PRI from analog lines. When they did this, they lost their analog lines so now they can not fax right now.
Is there a way to forward an incoming call from the PRI to one of the LSM ports on the Mitel and attach a fax machine to it?

I have no remote access to it, so I went onsite to check the logs just to find out smdr was not on for external calls.
They dont have a 1-800 number. The password is changed.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Voicemail has been locked by the administrator

I have a customer that every other day or so their voicemail gets locked. It doesn't happen to call the mailboxes just a one or two at a time. I have to reset the password every time. Does anybody know what can be causing this?
They say they are putting in the right passcode for the mailbox as well.
