Is there a way to do reporting for an auto attendant based on the number you pressed?
We have one where if you press 1, 3 or stay on line they all go to hunt group 2004. 
We want to know how to see what number was pressed.
I tried creating a call routing announcement that then goes to 2004 but it just shows all the calls not answered since it forwards to another number.

I checked and the "don't count as rung" and answered are not checked.
I tried making a phantom to go to that hunt group ( 2727 goes to 2004) but when I view all calls report it shows answered on 2004 so any filter I try doesn't show anything.
Since #1 and #4 both go to 2004 and I only want to do a report on #4 I'm thinking I need to make a duplicate hunt group and split it.

It is one of our main hunt groups that a few other numbers go to that as well.

Is there a way to run a report under Reporter Pro for an auto attendant that has choices.
We want to see how many people pressed 4.

I'm trying to add to CRA the option to "If you know your parties extension, please press 6" and I thought it was the option for "transfer to collected extension" but that doesn't do anything.  Anyone able to help me?

I have an extension where the speaker doesn't work and have tried 3 different handsets.
I don't see any system or extension flags to turn off speaker and the keymap has it set correctly.
Is there something I am missing?

When you create a phantom extension (example 2000) then you would dial 359, 2000, 2000# 355, outgoing then the phone number you want it to forward to then hang up.
Then when you dial 2000 it should forward to that number you want.
If that works then assign 2000 (or whatever you make the extension) to the DID.

Can you set up a phantom extension, assign that DID to that extension and then manually forward (359) the extension to the outside DID?
That is how I do it.

Anyone else have any ideas?  Mitel is telling me it should work but supervisor is still getting "Silent Monitor Rejected" when trying to listen in on an extension on another node.
We do not use P2P or agent help, the call center does not do conference calls and there is only 1 supervisor.

2 of our 5000 systems are not able to forward extensions to outside lines. This just seemed to start about 2 weeks ago but no changes have been made.
We even tested just forwarding a handset to a cell phone to see if that would work.
When we call the DID from an outside line it just beeps like a fast busy.  When we call the 4 digit extension from another handset it calls out fine.  Seems to be something coming in?
I checked and system forwarding flags are on at system and extension.
