I recently just posted this, but that post has now vanished, unless it was moved or deleted and no one advised me.

I'm having problems registering my ALGO Door controller as a SIP device against my 3300. The networking is in place and fully accessible. The COS and SIP device capabilities have also been established based on the Mitel documentation. Does anyone have any experience with these ALGO Door Controllers and the 3300 configurations for the SIP device?

Any help is appreciated.

Is your system setup for tenanting at all?

We do have one Tenant "occupied"

Hey everyone,

We are currently experiencing an issue with our embedded voicemail. Although the system is in Day Status it rings the number of times that are setup for day mode, but it plays the Night Status Message. I've confirmed the actual changing of the status but doing a manual test. I confirmed the Day Message is correct on the Administration Mailbox as well. I also confirmed that there was no leftover temporary greeting.

Interestingly enough I just ran into the same issue while I work testing the UCA/Lync connector. 

There was no presence for the user or phone icon to show default communication device. I had even recreated the account many times, changing and adjusting things to try to get it to work.

So I actually deleted my known working account and recreated it using the same profile I wanted this testing UCA account to have and it worked properly. I then COPIED the working account and changed the details set/mailbox number to match the test account that wasn't previously working.

That made the boo boo better. I'm not sure what was there, perhaps just bugged. I suggest give that a shot. Alternatively, have that same account login to a different OS and try.

Mitel Software Applications / Double Voicemail Greeting

Hey Everyone,

I am noticing an issue with external callers hearing the voicemail greeting twice when the users' phone is set to DND or they are on the line. Has anyone else experienced this? I ahve roamed through the logs on nupoint, unable to find anything. This could be perhaps because there are roughly 1 billion log types in the log viewer.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
