We have purchased the concurrent call agents and have assigned them in the license bank. I do not see an option to sync like you woul din the PBX. It has been a few years since working with a MiContact Center server and I am sure I am missing something obvious. Does it have a server-manager site to view/sync licensing?

I believe we are on the right track with the MiCC active agent licensing. I have requested a quote for those licenses as well.

Also had reports of ACD agents from the same system not logging in. Have plenty of licensing for ACD users. It also is only allowing 15 users at a time, first in first out. Is it possible we have a software bug in the latest MiCC software?

Also when trying to login, the phone receives an error of "No Voice Agent License". Just trying to make sure I purchased the correct license for an internal hot desk user.

@zulualpha I have retrieved the licenses. It shows 7 locally comsumed and 33 locally allocated. But still will not allow but 15 users at a time to log in.

I am not sure external hot desk user license is correct. Is there an internal hot desk user license or do all hot desk users use the external license?

We have a customer with a small call center. They have 15 users that has been using hot desking for around ayear. They recently increased their size but cannot log in over 15 users at a time. It is a first in/ first out kind of thing. all users can log in but only 15 at a time. I ordered 25 new hot desk licenses through Mitel and applied them, but still can only log in 15 phones at a time. The new licensing for a total of 40 external hot desk users. Not sure if external is correct but that is what Mitel ordered and said would work. Am I missing something in the MiCC or PBX?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Very Basic Question regarding AMC Sync

Sorry for the basic question, but it's been several years since I did a new install of a Mitel 3300.

I logged in and created a new ARID through the AMC and applied the licensing. I got the system turned up and have logged in but when trying to sync the AMC in the licensing form, the field to enter the new ARID I created is grayed out.

I am sure I am missing something very basic, but cannot figure it out.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Polycom Trio 60 and CCX 600

We recently acquired a company that has an existing Mitel 3300. I have programmed several Polycom IP 6000 and 7000 phones with no issues. I can't seem to get the Polycom trio C60 or the CCX 600 to cooperate. Any ideas or guides out there to help me out?

I have multiple IVR's built, but have one that will not respond to DTMF tones when pressing each option. I thought it might be a COS option, but others are working with the same COS?

We finally got this working. Had another coworker on a support call with Mitel and he asked them about this issue. Not sure on the specifics, but he sent me this after getting the recording to work.
Checked device monitors under the Level 2 CTI, not found.
Determined that Mitel Multinode is being used, needs to be Mitel Driver.
Switched L2 services

They sent him a driver and replaced the driver on the server.

@vincewhirlwind Our ACD agents are like that as well. Extension is 374 but agent ID is 5374?

@zulualpha the 69xx series phone do NOT support ACD agent and queues. Our current environment has been using ACD agents and queues for years, but apparently they migrated to hot desking rather the ACD for the 69xx series I believe.

@sarond - The extension is 521 and the hot desk agent ID is 5*21. Yes they have the same COS with hot desk enabled. They do show in the SRC just the status never changes from IDLE. Yes, all the 53xx series phones are working normally, just the new 69xx phones which are all hot desk users. I did try a 69xx phone with a non hot desk user and it worked, so I think it may be hanging up within the hot desk users ID's being different than the extension itself?

@doncarlyon yes they appear in the SRC but never change status from IDLE during a call.

@vincewhirlwind - I have double checked all the settings you have listed and it still doesn't seem to want to record the hot desk users.

Yes extension recording. We have all other users working correctly by extension and the SRC port assigned to them. Only the Host Desking is not working. The hot desk phones are internal on our LAN as well. I was unsure if they are assigned by extension or hot desk agent ID? I was not aware you could assign the port by MAC address instead of extension so I will try to look into that. Thank you.
