Mitel Software Applications / UCA 5.0 Console label incoming calls

Hi,
currently i'm installing a UCA application with the Console licenses.
The customer is answering calls for companies and manage their agenda's
Now i want to configure NameTag Hunt groups for incoming calls so that the know with which company name they should answer the call.
So far i didn't get it working (name tag HG, ACD path with interflow, IP device only with reroute)
only alpha tagging is working ( Company_name, 0~01234568)
but i want to label the called number and not the calling number.
is there any way to get this right?
