Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Using History to Call Back Results in Invalid

Greetings,
With our 3300 MXe's, we are required to dial 9 to dial out. When using the history key to check missed calls and call them back, we get INVALID. If I input the 9 before the number it will dial. Any way to pre-pend the 9 to call history calls.
