As of last week when we were troubleshooting with Mitel, yes single point was enabled however the changes were made and I no longer have visability to the settings. I will contact our vendor and verify, thank you.

Our Border gateway has been under some suspicious attacks so our Mitel Provider has changed our access to minimum Admin support and reset all passwords however now we are unable to add or make changes to user accounts in the vmas. we are receiving a Failed to start MiXML session. Login failed: MissRC-Failed-in-ICP error, I'm guessing the password but unable to change it

Is there a maintenance Command that will build a report of all calls made in the past week? We just upgraded to a 3300 system with Software 12.0.2.23

Log can be found in the User>appdata>remote>Mitel>UC>log

and if you have a certificatemismatch error then open MMC-Certificates for Local User and Machine. Delete old certifications and registry then reinstall UCA or just try to log in

I have been fighting with this issue for the past three weeks. Our provider working with Mitel added a DNS file in my Host file in order to connect internally however externally I was unable to connect. Not a big deal until this started happening to Teleworker users. I have worked with Mitel and local provider for hours with little success.
Today I figured it out, I always knew it was the certification but my thoughts were not heard so I (Fix) opened MMC- opened Certifications Local and user; deleted all UCA certifications and reinstalled the client. It finally worked, give it a try.
