Figured it out. I'm looking at the wrong direction. I should be looking at the MAS not MCD. Thanks!

I forgot to include that the number has no physical device attached to it and is listed as analog.

Newbie here, trying to add a number to a group hunt but don't know where to find the extension.

Basically we have a DID line that when you call this number it is automatically answered by a voicemail saying you've reach ACME hotline, please press 1 to reach Staff1, press 2 for Staff2 press 3 for staff3 and 0 for front desk, then if nothing is pressed it would go the frontdesk automatically. I would like to add another number for staff 4 but I don't know where to find.

I've searched all categories under ->Users and Devices->Group programming, but couldn't find the extension I was looking for.

Locate number resulted: The number refers to a Station.
