When you press the tranfer / recall button on an extention that's working you get a broken tone which allows you to forward the call to another extension or retrive the held call.
On the 3 extentions in the same location they no longer function correctly on pressing transfer / recall nothing happens anymore. Am going to try from the main frame see if that makes any difference?

Hi Guys

I have a SX2000 light cat 5 cabling 110 patching circuit descriptor & interconnect the same as other phones on the system. Checked setting on handset.
What are possible causes for not being able to use the transfer function? These phone previously worked fine now 3 in the same area have stopped all at the same time
Any thoughts suggestions much appreciated

Did DTstst command ans got the following back

Will contact our carrier and see what they say

Hello guys

had a red light on one of our PRI cards

Did a st (plid) and it came back with not siezable?
Busy'd plid and then RTS and came back the same?
What does not siezable mean and what would cause this?

Got there in the end 
Cabs not in same location as switch.
Disconnected the fibre on back of the hub and searched  for a fault with cmd show faults line.
This gave me plid. Reconnected fibre and did cmd again to make sure and switch came back with no line faults   

There was a lot of head scratching going on last couple of days

Hello guys

Just checking hardware on newly inherited SX2000 campus and come across superset hub?
Not seen one of these before.
Hub is in a remote location and linked back to SX via fibre optics
The front has 16 rj45 ports which have been patched and run to a dp and presented  on a couple of krone blocks
Questions how is the hub configured in the sx?
Is there a specific form?
How can i tell which plid is feeding each port in turn each krone?

Thankfully after hours of searching have managed to find old course manuals from admin 1 & 2 and ARS courses I attend back in the dark ages

Hi guys

I used to work on these switches over 10 years ago and was not bad at finding my way around the system. However over time I seem to have forgotten more than i remember
I have a technicians manual but unfortunately cannot locate my old course material from Sys admin 1 & 2 and ARS.
Question is where is a good source for more advanced commands and fault finding techniques?

Have just landed a role supporting a couple of SX2000's
Not worked on these for about 10 years and have forgotten more commands than I remember!
I suppose it's true what they say if you don't use it you loose it
