Is it possible to display the name of the extension instead of the DN in key one?

Hello,
We are using embedded voice mail.
I have programmed a Message waiting indicator of 4116 at extension 4122. when pressing the MWI 4116 button, it is trying to log into mailbox 4122 instead of mailbox 4116.
Any idea?
