Mitel Software Applications / Trying to track down 5624 definitions file for WinPDM

Hello all, it's been a while.

I'm shutting down a location and redistributing the equipment. I need to re-assign a 5624, I have WinPDM still but cannot find the old copy of the definitions file I used to have. I'm looking for 14.323, phone has software version 5.4.4 on it.

I've reached out to my local vendor, systems are still under support, it's been a few days with no results. I've also applied for a MO account as a customer but no word back on that yet either.

Anyone here have a copy of the defs that can help me out?

We just finished our roll out of 7 5000 systems across our stores. Really liking the system, easy to use and configure. This does seem to be the most active forum I have come across. Thanks for having it!

Mitel Software Applications / DB session not launching on 8.1 pro

Hello all, I'm having an issue with my admin and diagnostics software. The Main program will launch and run just fine. I can connect to the system, and run the monitors and SSH. When I go to launch the DB Programming, it begins and just crashes, with both 6.0.9 and 6.0.10. Have any of you run into this before?
