Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / mitel 3300..not routing calls in a ring group

When the main member of a ring group is busy calls,should forward to diff. member, then if that member is busy, or rna.After 4 rings is should point back to original member......(1) it does not do this, and (2) it just continues to ring until some one picks it up....Inter. problem
