On the MCD how do I send the incoming caller id to the call director.

I am very familiar with both the MiVB and MiCollab but I am trying to picture where do I add the filter on the MiVB? then I guess to a single line to the call director box.

Where do I tell the MiVb to reroute the incoming DNIS?

Update:

The softphone now is able to call out from the MiCollab app and I can answer the calls but the softphonekeeps dialing or ringing.

I can call internal extensions and I answer but the softphone keeps ringing like its not receive the signal that it answer already

Seeking for help to figure out on the UCA APP why my softphone keeps reading "Registration Failed"

I have the UC endpoint programmed in the MiVB and MiCollab.

I have licensing available in both.

I have tried changing seetings and doing re-deploying of the client.

Any hints are appreciated.

Looks like I made progress with all your help.

The only thing now is that the UC clisnt softphone fails to register.

I really do not see much of a teleworker address, change a teleworker password in the app

I was able to get a WAN ip into a second network adapter.

I am able to ping to it.

I did Custom network profile and I am comparing into another client but it would not connect.

I tried a 69XX & 5340e

the 5340e updated the via tftp but after the reboot it stays at Contacting Server

Any help is appreciated

Please HELP! :'(

I wanted to see if someone can help me out figure out a setup

I currently have a MiCollab that I am in the process of configuring.

UCA & AWV are working perfect at this point.

I need to configure Teleworker telephones MiNet and SIP Softphone also for the MiCollab Client Mobile.

I have license for teleworker, mobile, softphone and MiNet in the current MiCollab.

1. Do I need another MBG appliance to be cluster into the current MBG?

2. Can I do a direct port forward to the MiCollab?

Maybe if possible someone can give me a basic hint.

I been reading the MiCollab installation manuals and guidelines but it can get confusing at times.

Any help is deeply appreciated  ;D

Good Morning!

I am new to this site and this is the first time I post a question I hope I am in the right place LOL!

I have a Nupoint server and whenever I add a user through the Bulk Prov it displays this error

java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

It will build the User, vm box, the telephone in the mcd but it will halt and not build the rest of the list.

If I remove the Nupoint section from the template it will build the user, telephone in the mcd without errors
