what happens if the users are already in a pickup group for another function?  can they be in more that one pickup group? as when i try to add them to a new pickup group with just these two users in it i get the following message :

!Specified Directory Number is Already in a Pickup Group.

and it wont let me add either user to a new pickup group.

Hi

they have a few keys left that can be programmed on the first menu page.  I'm not sure that a delayed ring would work in this case as most calls ring off within about 3-4 rings.  buit if there is a way to program the key to save the user using the codes then its always a win.

Hi All

sorry if this has been answered before but I have 2 users that would like to have a programmed Key on their 5330 handset for picking up each others calls.  they have been using the **6 (extn) and it is working but i was wondering if there is a way to program a key on their handsets to do this for them?
