MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Customer wants to alter the hold recall to go to a different destination

In normal operation, a call comes in, is answered by a user and is put on hold. After a predetermined period of time the hold recall timer rings the phone saying that the call is still on hold. Our customer wants the call to go to a group of phones when the hold recall timer expires, not just the station that put in on hold.  this customer has  a PRI, the Mite software version is 5.1. Is this possible?
